What is Acorn Ministries?

Acorn Ministries exists to serve God and the local church. Through the gifts God has given us we seek "to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up..." (Ephesians 4:12) The focus of Acorn Ministries is to equip volunteer leaders in the church. To accomplish this mission we provide tools to strengthen your ministry: training, coaching, and speaking. Acorn Ministries strives to bring glory to God in all we do.

Who is Acorn Ministries?

Lon Alderman is the founder and current director of Acorn Ministries. He is supported in ministry by his wife, Julie, and their daughters, Gina, Kassidy and Katie. Lon and his family serve God through Acorn Ministries as home missionaries. If you would like to support Lon and his family, please click on support us.
