Strategic Planning

"In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." (Proverbs 3:6 NIV) Our facilitators will help you discern God's direction for your church and to develop a plan for moving forward.

Teambuilding

Our facilitators will help you discuss, practice, and establish the concepts of teamwork within your church. Teambuilding is ideal for:

Any other time people need to work together for a common purpose

Coaching

Our coaches develop personalized targets for the coaching process, and then establish a strategy for reaching them. Coaching in not therapy; rather, coaching is guiding, encouraging, and accountability. Coaches are extremely helpful:

During times of transition and intense change
Through seasons of leadership
In the process of breaking old routines/habits (and adopting new ways)
